How It Works For You

When a customer wants to redeem their nextRide credit code at your store, they’ll either drop off their current bike with you or we’ll collect it directly from them.
Either way, you’ll have clear instructions and full transparency on what to expect.
You’ll just need to do a basic visual check of the bike to confirm it matches the details we’ve already received.
Nothing in-depth, just a quick once-over to ensure it’s in the condition described.
If the customer leaves the bike with you, we’ll arrange collection from your store within a few working days.
If we’re collecting it directly from the customer, we’ll coordinate everything with them: no extra admin for you.
As soon as we receive the bike, you’ll be paid directly by us for the trade-in value.

Trade-in quotes are valid for 14 days, giving customers time to browse your bikes, ask questions, and get excited about their upgrade without the pressure.
